All Mint Trading
Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 23, 2026
1. Introduction
All Mint Trading (“AMT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit allminttrading.com, our consignor portal at portal.allminttrading.com, our eBay store, and any associated online services (collectively, the “Site”).
By using the Site or providing information to us, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the Site, complete transactions, and communicate with you. The categories below describe what we collect and when.
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: name, email address, mailing address, and phone number when you register for an account or submit Items for consignment.
- Identity verification: information reasonably necessary to confirm you are the lawful owner of consigned Items or to comply with tax and anti-fraud obligations.
- Payment and payout information: bank account, ACH, or other payout details you enter into the consignor portal so we can remit proceeds. Buyer payment information is processed by eBay or other sales platforms and is governed by their respective privacy policies — AMT does not store buyer credit-card numbers.
- Communications: messages, support inquiries, and any documents you send to us.
- Consignment data: Item descriptions, photographs, grading certifications, declared values, and condition notes you provide at intake.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring/exit pages, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar technologies: session cookies that keep you logged in, authentication tokens, and analytics identifiers used to measure traffic and improve the Site. See Section 7 for details.
- Application telemetry: anonymized error and performance data collected via Microsoft Azure Application Insights to diagnose issues and maintain reliability of the consignor portal.
2.3 Information From Third Parties
- eBay and other sales platforms: when an Item we list sells, those platforms share order, buyer ship-to address, and transaction data with us so we can fulfill and account for the sale.
- Authentication and grading services: third-party services (PSA, BGS, SGC, JSA, Beckett, and similar) may share certification status, grade information, and certificate numbers tied to Items we handle.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Create and maintain your account and authenticate you when you log in
- List, photograph, market, and sell consigned Items on eBay and other platforms
- Process orders, ship Items, calculate and remit sales tax, and handle returns or disputes
- Calculate consignor proceeds and pay payouts via the method you select in the portal
- Send transactional communications such as bid notifications, sale confirmations, shipping updates, payout notifications, and account alerts
- Send operational SMS alerts to a small list of internal staff and authorized administrators (see Section 8 for details — consumers do not receive marketing SMS from AMT)
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, unauthorized account access, counterfeit listings, and abuse of the Site
- Monitor and improve Site performance, reliability, and user experience
- Comply with applicable law, court orders, tax reporting requirements, and platform policies
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, and safety of AMT, our users, and others
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only when it is necessary to operate the Site, complete a transaction, or comply with law.
4.1 Service Providers
We share information with third parties that perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to use it only to provide those services. These include:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Microsoft Azure (App Service, Azure Functions, Application Insights, Azure Communication Services), Upstash, and Neon for database and Redis storage
- Sales platforms: eBay and any other platform on which we list Items on a Consignor’s behalf
- Authentication and grading services: PSA, BGS, SGC, JSA, Beckett, and similar third-party authenticators
- Shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and any carrier we use to deliver Items
- Email and SMS delivery: Azure Communication Services, used to send transactional emails and the limited internal SMS alerts described in Section 8
- Payment processors: services we use to remit Consignor payouts via ACH or other electronic methods
4.2 Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is required or appropriate to:
- Comply with applicable law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or government request
- Enforce our Terms of Service or other agreements
- Investigate or prevent fraud, security issues, or technical problems
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of AMT, our users, or others
4.3 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and any material change in how your information is handled.
4.4 With Your Consent
We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time you provide it, or with your consent.
5. Data Security
We take the security of your information seriously and use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include:
- Encryption of data in transit using HTTPS/TLS
- Hashed and salted storage of account passwords — we never store passwords in plain text
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for sensitive actions including login and payout authorization
- Rate-limiting, lockout, and brute-force protections on login, MFA, and password-reset flows
- Role-based access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel
- Network and application security monitoring via Microsoft Azure
No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to provide our services and to comply with our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
- Account data is retained for the duration of your account, plus a reasonable period afterward to comply with audit, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Transaction and consignment records are retained for at least the period required by applicable tax and recordkeeping laws (typically seven years).
- Telemetry and security logs are retained for a limited period to support diagnostics, fraud investigation, and incident response, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
You may request deletion of your information as described in Section 9, subject to the legal-retention exceptions above.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: (1) strictly necessary cookies that keep you logged in and remember your session, and (2) analytics and performance identifiers that help us measure how the Site is used and diagnose problems.
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you disable cookies, some portions of the Site (particularly the consignor portal login) will not function. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals at this time, but we do not sell personal information regardless of any such signal.
8. SMS Notifications
AMT does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages to consumers. The only SMS messages we send are operational alerts to a small, fixed list of internal IT and operations staff whose mobile numbers have been explicitly added by a company administrator. This is a strictly transactional, internal program.
Recipients of the internal SMS alert program may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or contact the administrator directly to be removed. Recipient phone numbers are used solely for internal operational alerting and are never shared, sold, rented, or used for marketing purposes.
For full details of the internal SMS program, including sample messages and opt-in/opt-out procedures, see our internal SMS opt-in documentation available on request at contactus@allminttrading.com.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 14.
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Access | Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. |
| Correction | Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date. |
| Deletion | Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements (Section 6). |
| Opt out of communications | Unsubscribe from non-transactional emails using the link in any such message, or reply STOP to any SMS. We will continue to send transactional messages required to operate your account. |
| Portability | Where applicable, receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format. |
| Non-discrimination | We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. |
We may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at contactus@allminttrading.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. International Users
AMT is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws that differ from those of your country. By using the Site, you consent to this transfer.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including eBay, social media, and authentication services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any site you visit through a link from the Site.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on the Site with the effective date shown at the top. Material changes will be communicated via email or Site notification. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
